Appearance of the new terrorism form alone with WTO
in China, and the necessity on emphasizing WTO law

As the detail description in my previous report《Human Rights Violation & Terror Report 》, WTO rules based my private company’s normal business action and my private activity are being infringed by terrorism, that fact was promulgated to the world and have been asking the international society to help. This report as the Terror Affairs occurred in China Shanghai was posted to USA government, American FBI, the United Nations and its Counter-Terrorism Committee (CTC), World Human Rights Committee, BBC Europe, CNN, Korea, Singapore and other main global media and community for asking assist as the human right and terrorist incident.
However, the terrorist incident that occurred in Shanghai still is being continued, and its purpose is now becoming more distinct. Furthermore, after 《Human Rights Violation & Terror Report》 was promulgated in the world, now I am seem to be totally imprisoned and now spending the prisoner-like life. My life has been lost freedom under the house arrest and persecution!!! My company has being damaged!!!
The below described, is the fact that I am being now under the house-arrest in 24 hours and have being done Nazi –like experimented by these terrorist. It is thought that it may become new terrorism technique alone with following WTO development.
Up to now I am being fully under the house-arrested and persecution.
(1) Feb. 11 of 2007, I was forced to be done the late-night hypnosis experiment, thought confusion method
experiment and the experiment that my body was attacked by an electromagnetic waves by these plain-clothed policemen monitors in the dark night.
(2) Today is March 14 of 2007, I am still being under the house-arrested, and my ears are attacked and one ear can be heard, another ear cannot hear suddenly, my ears were attacked at different degree in twice by these guys’ electromagnetic wave.
(3) Not only being monitored, wiretapping and house arrested for 24 hours, but also being persecuted with
abuse for 24 hours by these terrorism. I can always heard of the talking about me between one man and one woman in the day, and always was experimented by many electromagnetic waves at dark night every day. At the end of January 2007, one dark night when I just went to bed, I heard one young women said “ShaoGai said that we can start…” with her joyful voice. ShaoGai seems these guys’ boss and he is a police officer according to my know from his voice and their talking. At that time I also have to prepare to endure patiently their persecution and suffers from their electromagnetic waves experiment.
(4) Feb 15 of 2007, the worst Nazi strike experiment was performed again during this morning from last night.
These guys examined my mind and my thought situation in my sleeping through driving me to enter dream when I was in half sleep at dark night. It was understood that not only people’s thought situation on sleeping person is not handled by his or her consciousness, but also the contents are not based on one’s circumstances that occurred at the day. In other words, person’s brain that is being sleep state is just same as that brain was borrowed by other person. Because human’s dream on sleeping also can be reminded after ones escaped or waked up from the dream, persons can describe out that dream’s contents. So these guys become to understand this fact from this time of experiment on my brain. I wonder how about next experiment because I think I also will be in a very dangerous status at following days. The purpose that I tell the world about these facts, is that not only it must be worried about the appearance of new kind of Nazi Terrorism strike alone with WTO activity, but also in order to resist the persecution I suffered from these guys. What is mean about such experiment performed in China? Does it won’t be a new countermeasure manner for competing with other foreign companies alone with WTO development while China is now being a world’s factory? So it is thought that building some new international law for WTO activity will be very urgent affairs. New terrorism means have to be noticed while the new WTO competent world is appearing.
(5) Persons appeared in my house-arrest life have “older sister teacher”, “Lao Zhao is Awkward”
“If ShaoGai had problem, he can then ask his older sister teacher”, recently these guys started call each policeman and monitor to “ShaoGai”, that could hide their real name for avoiding my ear. So every plain-clothed policeman monitor around my house is now called as “ShaoGai”.
(6) It is thought that it is impossible that who want to establish companies or factories in China if those people or countries had no physical strength and synthesis ability, so it is very important that WTO international law must be completely equipped alone with all the WTO activity in China. It is thought that this will be a very urgent duty as well for preventing disturbs from local barbarian and the internal turmoil in China.
(7) From 07/02/22 dark night to 07/02/23 morning, a terrible Nazi strike experiment was performed again.
My brain was borrowed again to be experimented object during my sleep, and let me quarreled in a voice inconveniently without tongue stopping from the dark night until to the following morning. I remember that it is looked like I was being in very angry while moving my body inconveniently and quarreled with somebody. I noticed my status afterwards because I waked up. Finally my whole body is exhausted suffers.
(8) At PM 19:16 on March of 2007, I heard “Remove those wiretap device, is it really noisy and troublesome” this sound came from west corner of my room. Because there are many wiretap devices and sensors surround my house, so my private life with my wife at bedroom has being in the extremely awkward and now being the emergency relation status. This caused our couple misfortune status. What kind of society! It is difficult to image such kind of society. This is fully almost no freedom and democratic society!!!
(9) My personal and my company persecuted cause by terrorism is that, beside my two IC design data CDs were stolen, these guys also have another purpose which is they want to com-share my company, this will result that they defect me and snatch my company. At the same time, because many IC design companies are invested by American capital, and that just reorganized as sweet, or a delicious cake seeing from Chinese companies. So they have to keep this money to be eaten up for their limited period and don’t need care whether they can get study result. This is also a public viewpoint by this society. Under the driven of such kind of inside trick. Even international trade business based on WTO rule, my company has being infringed from last year by these plain-clothed policeman guys up to now. These guys are just like Hawala. It is thought that it is necessary that WTO rule have to be accomplished up to every local area in China.
10) On March 4, 2007, at PM 19:00, When I was teaching my son English, we were still interfered by
that police system monitor. My son could not hear me and suddenly shot out “silos” from his mouth. I understood that my son was being controlled by these monitor. Although I originally know about these, because myself always is attacked by these guys at any time. But this time I thought that whether there are sensor exist beside wiretap devices around my house. In fact, when I was visiting IPcore company last year and was holding the meeting, there also was such kind of case that I was controlled in a meeting room by an electromagnetic wave in the same way just like my son’s case at this time.
(11) On March 6, 2007, PM 2:30, I made the arrangement with my collogue at XingZhuang subway station and went to Tax affairs institute. No.763 bus which goes to XingZhuang, was crammed fully by plain-clothed policemen. And I sit at last seat, all electromagnetic waves from these guys attacked my heart and my brain, because the power was very strong, my heart was being devastated intermittently by their strong electromagnetic force, and my brain heart feel ache intermittently. I couldn’t bear such kind of power and wanted to vomit. On the back way bus, our female collogue also felt such kind of power attack and was pressed to be too pale and her tear seems soon come out, and her expression looked like very tense. In fact, there also were many strange guys at Tax Affairs office and the environment changed to be very strange, that are due to I am always being monitored and followed for 24 hours by these monitors.
(12) On March 7, 2007, PM17: 38, I went to the elementary school to pick up my son, and on the back way, many monitors appeared around me. These guys extremely self-satisfied their own crazy, but perhaps were worrying something and said me they “Must use such kind of means… ”. After I returned to my room, I heard one guy wickedly said “let him to put out all thing, then let off him”. “He doesn’t understand what is proletariat dictatorship, that is an atrocity!!!” “So all the database have to be put out!!!” I thought I could set up a company for them, but these guys didn’t want, and just want my company’s property, and said me “All the databases have to be hand over, and all the partner contracts also have to be put out, everything have to be put out!” They just tell me these at any time.
(13) My company is using the broadband service of Shanghai Telecom, which I paid 1,300 Yuan a year. But the broadband connect are always out of problem, and their repair manner was extremely bad, while the broadband wire was repaired, the telephone wire was broken intentionally. After call them to repair each time, their manner changed more badly. The broadband wire always broken on my working states suddenly, recently I have found this case for three or four times, At March 8 of 2007, on PM 23:10, the broadband line suddenly was broken, so I checked the indoor line and no found problem, while check the terminal line at the building, and found someone captured our cable line from broadband modem. I was understood the line broken reason, and that must be monitors’ behavior.
(14) On March 13, 2007, The 12th Annual International IC-China Conference & Exhibition (IIC-China 2007) was held by Global Sources at China World Trade Center. As a company activated in this industry field, we generally don’t miss such kind of business chance, so I also went to attend this exhibition. When I registered at the entrance, a strange man push some words to me, I didn’t catch his words clearly but I understand something will be happen in the exhibition around me, at that time I found other strong persons around me begin to notice me. As soon as entered the entrance of exhibition room, one guide sound from a woman run toward me. Every booth I went there, each exhibitor people seemed strange when I was talking with them, because of his conversation contained some consciousness towards me. The shocked is that these exhibitors seemed contempt my company’s location place and my business title. Although each exhibitor I met has the different expression to talk with me, they really interchanged me with some unfriendly consciousness. Also at that time, I found some monitors keep watching at me by the side and these guys pushed some words to attack me at the side. One strange thing is that, when I was going close one company’s booth, I heard two man’s conversation by side, which contained “That is SunQian….”,”Yes, SunQian is an old CADENCE staff….” etc. Then I walk off there because I understand that conversation actually have me heard, and that SunQian mentioned is my old colleague before at NEWAVE, I think that was reminding me something. This year’s exhibition scale seem slight lonely compared before and soon I finished seeing around booth. When I was going to come back, I was reminded “1% ”and other words by a monitor guy. Also the word “Nothing will all be safe” was pushing toward me; I think this must be an instructor. Even this international exhibition performed by Global Sources, it also can be damaged and controlled by those police monitor system. This will not only result in extremely bad effect on exhibitors at this international exhibition, but also has extremely bad affected on Chinese IC industry. What’s reason for that confusing status, and really that is just organized by police system? I remember the words “If joined China Communist Party, that will be OK” which described in my former report《Human Rights Violation & Terror Report 》submitted. I don’t understand these guys’ idea, I am just a businessman doing international trade under the WTO rule, and is it necessary to join China Communist Party? Why my company and I have to be damaged and persecuted by these terrorism guys and police systems.
(15) On March 14, 2007, my company started telephone sales activity. My working place also was monitored by these plain-clothed police monitors and controlled more strong by these guys. While I was attacked and disturbed by words, the broadband wire also was fully controlled by these guys, and my office’s email were perfect monitored and controlled, so it is always happen that my email can not be sent or my mail was delayed to be sent by these guy’s monitor system, and any website can not be accessed and so on, many thing happened. “Catch his weak point!”, “Yes, Yes” and other words attacked me, my working status was heavily damaged, and when I call our customers, some badly words also can be heard from phone.
(16) Today is March 18, 2007. I was been abused in absurdity from last night to this morning by these plain-clothed police monitor guys. After went to bed last night, my heart immediately devastated rhythmically by electromagnetic waves, because I was exhausted, after full in sleep my heard still is being confused, and strange thought appeared: My son and I are playing outside, and there are one middle women and one old man are whispering into ear each other to say something while they are noticing us near five and more meter, and then I heard they are saying “Melancholia” at the same time, their eyes turned toward me. When I got up at following morning, my heart still feel very pain, and left muscle is converged in my chest and pain is left up to this morning. I don’t understand the cause why I was attacked from last night, perhaps I did not go to the medical appointed for physical examination or perhaps has related with my working state last night? Originally I think I can decide my motion, but now I have lost freedom. Or maybe I did not follow the prison rule? But I still think that medical examination is needless!
(17) Yesterday is March 23rd 2007; GuangGang Port Police informed that I can go to take my motorcycle back. I was notified that this stolen motorcycle was discovered at November last year by police station. For my stolen motorcycle, I have described the full stolen situation in my former report《Human Rights Violation & Terror Report 》, and up to now half year has passed, why today I was informed by police that I can bring back my motorcycle? I was still reminded that whole situation while my motorcycle was stolen on July of 2006, just within 2 minutes, my motorcycle was stolen at campus parking place in my son’s school, also at GuangGan Port Police Bureau building I was attacked rhythmically by someone’s electron-magic wave, which was telling me their power. It cannot be concluded that this stolen affair is planed by combining of thieves and police? In other words, these thieves ordered by policeman deceived school security man, then steal my motorcycle at once while I was being under the monitored 24 hours. I also remember that I was told that these plain-clothed police monitors are protecting me. After I bring back my crashed motorcycle from GuangGang Port Police Bureau, I will post the photo to show the smash of destroyed motorcycle.
(18) Today is March 26 of 2007, I understand that my emails sent to our customers at last week (March 22) were failed to reach to our customers’ address, these were confirmed today by our customers include two SuZhou companies and two Shanghai companies. That is not a accidental matter, and I know my office and my activity are fully monitored, the plain-clothed police monitors also let me understand that our email systems is under the control through analysis of their talking words. If this kind of situation continued, my company’s business will be fully damaged by these guys. Why these plain-clothed police monitors can do such kind of terrible matter. What’s the purpose?
(19)Today is March 30 of 2007, in this week; I have send many times email to CEO Larry of Orisil Technology Inc. but all the email failed to be sent. I asked Larry of Orisil Technology Inc. the reason, he told me his email account is being normally used, and also told me another free email account for receiving my email, then said if have problem then call him again. I have normally sent my email to this his free mail address. However I still suspect there must be some problem on his mail system, so I sent email again to his company’s email address and checked the process log file and found our company’s domain was filtered by their mail system administrator. The log file is below:

I also found all the log is just same as above when I sent email to Larry this week.
I checked all the feedback receipt from our DM email sent at this month, and found out the case are all the same. All the sent email with our company’s domain was filtered by our customers and even that our frequently relating customers also can not receive my email. I understand these plain-clothed policemen are controlling all the IC vendors in China and forced them filter our company’s email and have them prevented me. I can suppose and estimate these police system are now started planning some new policy for competing with other foreign companies alone with WTO development although my company is just a Shanghai local company.
Because I was being monitored on 24 hours, these plain-clothed police monitors noticed that I have found these destruction, then wickedly said “Because indignant extremely! PALTEK company (a Japan company) was the same state as yours.” I don’t understand why they told me these and why they must destroy my company. I was realized many foreign companies perhaps were being destroyed somehow in different degree up to now by these dirty means. Why these plain-clothed police guys have to do that? That is competitive manner on current WTO environment?
I submit this report with my former report《Human Rights Violation & Terror Report 》to international society, just hope international society, WTO organization, American FBI and United Nations and other global medias can also appeal to solve these terrible affairs, and help China to prevent appearance of the new terrorism form alone with WTO development in China, and it is very necessary to emphasize WTO international law!!!
