Today is Nov 18 of 2007, yesterday night from PM 10:00,Ministry of Public
Security Terrorist who monitoring me started to implement extremely terrorism
Scalar Waves to attack me, this electromagnetic wave attack has continued
continuously me more than two hours. 
  
 
The process described as below:
 
The first stage: 
The cerebrum started to fell indistinctly unusual strangeness, the mood started
to become slowly anxious,and started uneasy whether sitting or standing; 
 
The second stage: 
Along with the time extension, cerebrum’s consciousness started to feel
entering the spacious place, the consciousness started to inflate slowly,
moreover diverges, the thought is unable to be controlled, the cerebrum thought
is at condition which is unable to be controlled, extremely angry, anxious,
with a headache and pain, but is unable to restrict the cerebrum actually. 
 
The third stage: 
Along with the time extension, cerebrum consciousness further started to
inflate, the bodily certain spot for instance hand, the foot started to occur
pulls out jing or the spasm phenomenon, that is because of along with the
Scalar waves stimulation, on the cerebrum central nervous system and the body
certain nerves started to receive the stimulation, if this kind of condition
