2006年9月,我公司的办公室从中蝗大厦搬回到我的私人住宅,于是监视我的公安恐怖分子开始追赶到我私人住宅.和我书房邻接的,上海市漕宝路1467弄8区16号601室,
 
便成为了监视我的公安恐怖分子的据点,这天,称为XIAOGAI的在给别人打电话,对方好象是在说要我继续做IC设计,于是XIAOGAI说”40多岁了,还做什么IC啊.”然后就将电话挂掉了.接着通过传感器对我说”我去国务院办公厅的时候,呵,国务院办公厅真是乱的很”,”(监禁)就二年啊,就二年”.”这些人民是什么人民啊”.
 
 
原来称为XIAOGAI的是公安局的干部,他作为专案小组的主要负责人,将涉外事件报告给中共中央国务院办公厅,同时他还组织和指挥黑社会对我进行残酷的迫害.
 
 
所谓XIAOGAI的公安恐怖分子是一个迫害我的主要策划者,他还带着一些公安学生的人来到过那间监视房间。他对着这些学生说“要跟着共产党走啊。”
 
另一位专案小组的负责人XIAOGAI的"师姐"说"公,检,法是三点一线".她这样提醒我的.
